Weight Update

When I had visited the doctor 5 weeks ago I weighed 158 pounds (gasp!). I know that's terrible for my height. This morning when I weighed myself I weighed 142 pounds! How awesome is that?!?!? I've lost 16 pounds. It seems like a lot was lost quickly. But it was hard to stick to the diet some days. I really honestly only had 1 day that I had a breakdown and ate a pork tenderloin sandwich and a piece of carrot cake. And it was DELICIOUS! There will be days I that I am weak. But where I am at right now feels pretty darn good.
